A sure-fire way to increase your income is to occasionally give all the money
back to some person who has hired you to do a job... and... turns out to be an
asshole!

Send it to him via FedEx with a
short letter that says something like, "I made a mistake when I agreed to accept
you as a client. You are way too much of a pain in the ass to be worth ANY
amount of money. Don't bother trying to call, write or e-mail me. I will destroy
any messages I get from you without reading it."

Do this even if you NEED the money.

I promise you, you will be extremely
surprised at how much having the emotional strength to do this will add to your
overall income.

You'll also feel a LOT better about
yourself.
